Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified if significant delays occur.

 

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary by location:

• North America and Europe: 7–14 business days

• International: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

 

International Shipping

GymHub ships worldwide. Depending on your country, your order may be subject to:

✔ Customs duties

✔ Import taxes

✔ Local handling fees

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

GymHub has no control over customs processing times.

 

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details (where available).

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear.


Shipping Delays

GymHub is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers

• Customs clearance

• Weather conditions

• Incorrect address details

• Events outside our control

 

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery:

✔ Reshipping fees may apply

✔ Refunds may exclude shipping costs

 

 Lost / Stolen Packages

GymHub is not liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

If you experience delivery issues, please contact the carrier directly.

 

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

✔ Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

✔ Provide photos of packaging & product

We will assess and resolve the issue promptly.
