GymHub operates this website and store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are not binding until accepted and confirmed by GymHub.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders at our discretion, including suspected reseller or fraudulent activity.

Once an order is confirmed, cancellation may not be possible. Refunds and returns are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy [LINK].

Prices are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes, duties, shipping, and import fees may apply depending on your location.

You represent that payment details provided are valid and authorized. Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers. GymHub does not store full payment card data.

Failure of payment authorization may result in order cancellation.

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carriers, customs, or external factors.

Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the shipping carrier where permitted by applicable law.

Incorrect shipping details provided by customers may result in additional charges or failed delivery.

GymHub operates independently from Shopify. All transactions are between you and GymHub. Shopify bears no responsibility for store operations, products, or disputes.

SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK & SUBMISSIONS

Any feedback or submissions grant GymHub a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license for use in connection with business operations and marketing.

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time, including after orders are placed.
